Power of Attourny $20

This is the Most common document that needs to be notorized. It is a written authorization to represent or act on another's behalf in private affairs, business, or some other legal matter, sometimes against the wishes of the other's. The person authorizing the other to act is the principal, grantor, or donor (of the power). The one authorized to act is the agent[1] or, in some common law jurisdictions, the attorney-in-fact (attorney for short).

Non-Contested Divorce With Children $500

There are 2 types of non-contested divorce.

With Children and Without children.

non contested means both parties agree.

It takes 90 days to be final in Sedgwick co.

With children there is a required parenting class that meets 2 times on a Sat. in Sedg. Co court house on first floor. the class cost $65 and is mandatory in State of Kansas.

My fee for typing up the Divorce is $500.00 that included the parenting classes. Both parties must sign, But do not have to be present at same time.

Quitclaim Deed $120

A quitclaim deed is a legal instrument by which the owner of a piece of real property, called the grantor, transfers any interest to a recipient, called the grantee.[1] The owner/grantor terminates (“quits”) any right and claim to the property, thereby allowing claim to transfer to the recipient/grantee

Non- Contested WithOut Children $500

Motions

There several types of Motions i am able to file in Sedgwick County. The most common Motion is for Visitation or Custody.

Motion (legal), a procedural device in law to bring a limited, contested matter before a court
Motion (democracy), a formal step to introduce a matter for consideration by a group

I file them, you have to apear before the court. I do not apear on your behalf.

Fee is based on Motion. (Most are $50.00)

Immigration

I have experience with a few Immigration forms. I have applied for "green card" or resident. I have renewed Resident cards I-90 form. I have all the Immigration forms but i recommend you contact an attourny for these documents.

I-90 forms are simple i will do yours for FOR $20.00 PLUS THE FEE
